Cookery Workshop

Whilst every opportunity is made to equip learners with the practical know-how of food preparation relating to this dishes chosen, others aspects of wider knowledge are included on ” wraparound” basis. A preparation and planning session: we never simply go straight into food preparation. We want people to find out more about the food ingredients they are using. We want to introduce a small element of finding comparison in cost. Naturally, we also want to raise the issue of nutrition and health risk in the food we are cooking. What better and more immediate way to do this than online. So we will introduce some digital devices to use to look at the best value and healthier options.
